BACKGROUND: AgeSong memory-care residential facility in San Francisco referred 90 year-old resident Sarah Marie (with dementia) to the Blende Dental Group when she began complaining of pain while chewing food. To minimize challenges to Sarah Marie’s daily routine, she was initially evaluated during a house call visit.
