CHIEF COMPLAINT: Teeth/mouth looked bad after years of putting off important dental work, worried about health consequences.
MAINTENANCE CARE: In-office every 3 months
BACKGROUND: Mindy found the Blende Dental Group by doing an internet search many years before she got up the courage to make the call. Motivated to find a dentist who could manage both her complex health problems and her significant phobia of the dentist, Mindy eventually traveled from Los Angeles to San Francisco to seek treatment from our skilled team. She has Rosenthal Factor 11 clotting deficiency, an arteriovenous malformation (which resulted in an aneurysm), a history of a seizure, and migraine headaches.

Extraction and bone grafting of ten teeth / sockets
Twenty-one porcelain crowns (e.max, zirconia, porcelain)

TREATMENT DETAILS: The first phase of treatment (extractions and crown preparations) was accomplished at California Pacific Medical Center (asleep), and the second phase (delivery) was completed at our office (awake).
