BACKGROUND: Donna Kohler’s daughter in law contacted our office when Donna lost two crowns. She stated that Donna may have swallowed them and she could feel a “post.” Donna lived at home with a caregiver and was recently told she may start bisphosphonate therapy.

Generalized moderate horizontal bone loss
Caries #2 ,5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 22, 28, 30
Root tips #15, 31
Periapical pathology #30, 31
