BACKGROUND: For years, Mary Jane talked with her sister about going to see a dentist. Like many, her fear kept her away. With a referral from her sister’s dentist, she called our office. She had lost many teeth in the past due to an eating disorder and alcohol abuse. She was thrilled to know the team could help her by finding an alternative to dentures. She was given two options: either implants or fixed bridges, and chose the latter. Mary Jane was seen for surgery at Kaiser in San Francisco. After a good, Asleep dental experience, she trusted The Blende Dental Group team enough to complete her treatment Awake, in the office.
